Responsibilities
You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the team through:
  • Following up on client deliverables, opening investment accounts, and sending packages
  • Proper documentation and organization of client files
  • Managing office supply inventory
  • Accurate recording of revenues and expenses
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as determined by the team

  • Knowledge in MS Office and Google Suite
